Do I need to know what job I want before I start?
No — and that's actually one of the most common starting points. Target role clarity is built into Story Ready and the Search Ready Session. We figure out where you're headed first, then build everything around that.
How long does coaching take?
It depends on where you start. Hiring Manager's Eye is delivered within 48 hours. Story Ready runs over a few weeks. Interview Ready is five sessions over 60 days. Offer Ready includes 90 days of active support. You move at whatever pace your search requires.
What if I've already applied to jobs and have interviews coming up?
Jump straight to Interview Ready or grab a Pre-Interview Prep Call at $125 — company and role-specific prep before any live interview. You don't need to start at Tier 1 if you're already mid-search. We meet you where you are.
Can I start with a single session instead of a package?
Absolutely. Every individual session is available as a standalone. Many clients start with the Resume Feedback Session or a Pre-Interview Prep Call to experience the coaching before committing to a full package. There's no pressure to do more than you need.
What happens on the free discovery call?
It's a 30-minute conversation — no pitch, no pressure. We talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. From there I'll tell you honestly which package or session fits best, or whether TrueFit is even the right fit for you.
